The Evidence

Clinical evidence of Commiphora myrrha in treatment of chronic low back pain

An open label pilot study that demonstrated the efficacy of C. myrrha extract capsules in 204 Indian patients suffering from chronic low back pain. A significant pain reduction was observed from the 7 th day of treatment.

Clinical evaluation of a formulation containing Curcuma longa and Boswellia serrata extracts in the Osteoarthritis

A randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial with 201 patients of Osteoarthritis(OA) treated with Curcumin with that of Curcumin + Boswellia extract and placebo.

Efficacy of β- caryophyllene in delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) treatment

Efficacy of Syzygium aromaticum extract (standardized with β- caryophyllene) was confirmed with a randomized, double-blinded, crossover-designed, placebo-controlled study, conducted on 20 participants suffering from delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
