I love every moment that I spend at Edence. A youthful team and a friendly work environment is something that I appreciate and value. It is one of the reasons why I look forward to going to work every day. Another reason are the colleagues I am blessed with. As a team we have developed a special bond, a sense of camaraderie, with each other. Like all families, we too have our ups and down, but at the end of the day, we know we’ve got our backs covered. I am proud of my team; I am proud to be at Edence.

Edence Life Science is an organization where people work as team and not as individuals. A lot of people talk about team work in their organisations, but I have actually experienced it here. We are driven by a strong sense of ownership and commitment towards our work. We are led by a management team that values our suggestions and is open to implement innovative ideas without any prejudice. For me, it is a great place to learn and grow as a team member and a team leader.

Our business partners know that we do not cut corners when it comes to the quality of our product and they applaud us for this principle. I have experienced the respect and warmth they share with us during our meetings due to our ethical and fair practices, which we also heartily reciprocate.
